This is a more challenging version of the math problem solving scenario Playground Plans. Learners will analyze rated survey data, plot equipment on a grid by square unit, add money to make budgeting decisions, and use their creativity to design a playground theme. NCTM standards that are addressed are Numbers & Operations, Measurement and Data Analysis.  Includes student reproducibles and assessment rubrics.
